Description
Available to take roles such as Project Manager, Business Analyst, Scrum Master and Product owner.
I will champion end-to-end business initiatives from Needs analysis to solution implementation and value delivery. I will conduct elicitations, gather requirements, articulate same and present solutions designs with detailed business cases.
Scope of services
• Collaboration with teams for requirements analysis
• Develop Waterfall, agile or ‘wagile’ project plans for effective delivery
• Issue management and efficient stakeholder engagement
• Create product strategy and roadmaps,
• Lead implementation, scrum meetings, software testing and product release
